AsNatural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner and Kinesiologist with a desire to share my knowledge of nutrition and healthy living with others. I know that when people eat nutritious food and lead active lifestyles, they live more empowered and fulfilled lives.
I don’t believe in blind supplementation – that’s when you take supplements without really knowing why you are taking them or without an in depth nutrition assessment, to discover what you are missing. I customize meal plans based on individual health needs, goals, and whenever possible; meals based on the foods you likes and dislikes.
Educated in both Kinesiology and Personal training I can get you moving while taking muscular imbalances, injuries and limitation into consideration.
